The Wisconsin Nurses Honor Guard was established in 2016 to recognize nurses at the time of their passing. However, over time, we have also added the ability to offer living tributes for nurses who are part of a palliative care program, or who are enrolled in hospice.

We perform ceremonial traditions to honor nurses for the dedication and contributions made while serving humanity through the nursing profession. The tribute does differ in style when it is offered for a living tribute vs one that is offered after death.

We will provide a tribute, free of charge, to any licensed/registered/advanced practice nurse, active or retired, within the boundaries of the State of Wisconsin & now newly serving the Rochester, MN area too.

To arrange services please complete the request form under “REQUEST A TRIBUTE” and a member of our team will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours.

If you would like to join as a volunteer, please complete the application process under “VOLUNTEER NOW!” and our administration team will be in touch with you soon.

Thank you!
